TIGROS is a retail company founded in 1979, currently operating 73 stores across Lombardy and Piedmont in Italy.

Abstract

Over the years, Tigros integrated various third-party systems with its Power IBM management system using point-to-point integrations based on batch processes. This approach gradually reduced the speed and flexibility in responding to new business demands. Recognizing the need for a secure and new integration model to support innovation, Tigros collaborated with Syscons Futura and Boomi. Within just 8 months, approximately 30 data transfer flows were implemented, shifting from a PULL to a PUSH logic, thereby significantly improving time to market. Syscons Futura also provided training to Tigros’s IT Team, enabling the company to achieve greater autonomy.
