We are looking for a business analyst with 2/3 years of experience in the role. 

The candidate we are looking for will take care of the collection and definition of functional project requirements (both front-end and back-end) to create new functionalities and eCommerce platforms. 

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of high-level systems (WHO, CRM, ESB, DAM / PIM) 
• Knowledge of the leading software analysis and design standards (design patterns, frameworks) 
• Knowledge of the primary software development methodologies (Agile technologies and continuous integration, Continuous Improvement systems) 
• Relevant knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Windows environment 
• Knowledge of the project management tools and ticketing system of the Atlassian Jira and Confluence suite and/or Service now 

A preference will be given to the candidate displaying interest in eCommerce and digital innovation.  

Operational headquarters: Milan, Florence, remote activities are also evaluated
