How does our selection process work?
At Syscons, we want every candidate to experience a clear and transparent journey.
Here’s how it unfolds:
Application screening
After receiving your CV, our HR team carefully reviews your skills and experience.
HR interview
We’ll contact you by phone to get to know you better and schedule an online motivational HR interview.
Technical interview
If the first step is successful, you’ll meet with the practice manager, who will further explore your technical expertise.
Offer presentation
If the response is positive, you’ll have a dedicated call to discuss contractual and compensation details in advance.
Formal offer
