Who we are looking for

For our Rome office, we are looking for a professional to join the Compliance & Analytics team, supporting our clients in privacy, compliance, and data protection projects and activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Protection, preferably in complex and regulated environments (luxury goods, consumer goods, technology, finance, or consulting)

  • Deep knowledge of GDPR and related regulations (AI Act, Data Act, NIS 2, etc.) with a practical, business-oriented mindset

  • Strong experience with privacy management technologies, such as OneTrust, and web/internet-based applications

  • Familiarity with data lifecycle governance, data discovery/classification technologies, and GRC tools

  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, interpersonal and leadership abilities, curiosity

  • Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or Master’s in privacy or compliance-related fields

  • Privacy certifications (e.g., OneTrust Certified Professional, OneTrust Certified Expert)

  • Deep knowledge of European and international regulations related to GDPR (e.g., AI Act, Data Act)

Skills to acquire

  • Support clients in managing privacy compliance according to GDPR and the AI Act

  • Contribute to the development and governance of cross-functional privacy initiatives, including privacy by design, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and management of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), using privacy platforms such as OneTrust

  • Collaborate with clients’ DPO, IT, and Legal functions to ensure integrated data protection management (e.g., data mapping, cookie management, privacy risk management)

  • Supervise and monitor project activities and deadlines, organize and plan project tasks, and coordinate assigned resources
