How long have you been with Syscons and what is your role?
I joined Syscons almost two years ago, and I currently serve as Team Leader in the SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management area. I coordinate a small team of three people focused on SAP PS and CO modules. Our larger group consists of six colleagues, divided among related but distinct functional areas, again within the EPPM practice.
Is this your first experience as a Team Leader?
Yes, this is my first real structured experience as a Team Leader. In the past I had the opportunity to coordinate junior resources in projects, but never with as much ongoing and organizational responsibility as I have here at Syscons. Today I am responsible for the growth of the team in a broader way, not only operationally, but also humanly.
Is there a non-technical skill that you feel is critical to your role?
Absolutely! Beyond hard skills, I think listening skills and empathy are key, especially when working in a team. Managing people also means being ready to challenge yourself: feedback should not only come from the top, but also from the bottom. With my colleagues, I try to create a space for transparent dialogue, where everyone can feel free to share ideas or critical issues.
What kind of environment have you found at Syscons?
From day one, I sensed a genuine concern for people, something that is not always taken for granted in consulting firms. There is a real desire here to make people grow, not only professionally but also humanly. It is a stimulating, dynamic environment where people work seriously but without losing the human side.
A message for those considering joining Syscons?
Syscons is a company where you have room to grow, learn and challenge yourself. If you are looking for an environment where you can be heard, actively contribute and build a solid path, then you are in the right place.

Since joining Impresoft, have you noticed any changes?
There have been no major upheavals, but some small changes have been felt, especially logistically. The new headquarters, for example, is very beautiful and modern, although less convenient for those who - like me - come from outside Milan. But overall, the transition to Impresoft has been smooth, and Syscons' identity has remained intact.
