Syscons joins Impresoft to propel ongoing growth
Turin, November 30, 2023 – Syscons, a seasoned player with over two decades of experience in consulting and system integration, is delighted to announce its entry into Impresoft, a group controlled by the Clessidra Private Equity SGR fund.
Founded in Turin and with a presence in eight locations across Italy and abroad, Syscons had already given life to Syscons Group by developing or acquiring companies specialized in specific fields and technological domains. Today, it considers this latest move as a natural progression of its growth strategy.
Syscons Group will forge two strategic pillars within Impresoft: one exclusively devoted to Large Enterprises, centered around SAP solutions and enriched by other integral components that have long been part of its portfolio; the other geared towards e-commerce, where Syscons Interactive will play a pivotal role in its establishment.
